  • Gateway Basics

  • How do I access my processing gateway?

    Select merchant login at the top of the homepage, enter your username and password. If you do not know your credentials please contact our support line.

  • How do I add additional users to the Gateway?

    Once logged into the processing gateway, on the left side of the screen select Settings > User Accounts > Click Here to Add A New User Account. Enter the user information fields, set permissions and notifications. Scroll to the bottom and select Create User. **the email sent to the user will expire in 24 hours if the password is not set**

  • How long does funding take?

    Credit card 2-3 business days. ACH/eCheck 2-3 business days OR 3-5 business days depending upon setup.

  • How do I search transactions?

    Once logged into the processing gateway, select Reports. You can set select on the necessary filters from the drop down selectors. Once complete, click submit at the bottom of the screen.

  • Refunds

  • How do I issue a refund in the Gateway?

    Once logged in to your processing gateway, on the left side of the screen click Reports. Using the second search box labeled Search Transactions, you may search by either the last name or using the date range, run a report for that particular individual. Click the BLUE ID number, on the next screen click the BLUE Refund icon on the top left of the Transaction Detail Box. This will take you to a final confirmation page, where you will need to select refund once more.

  • How do I void a transaction in the Gateway?

    Once logged in to your processing gateway, on the left side of the screen click Reports. Using the second search box labeled Search Transactions, you may search by either the last name or using the date range, run a report for that particular individual. Click the BLUE ID number, on the next screen click the BLUE Void icon on the top left of the Transaction Detail Box. This will take you to a final confirmation page, where you will need to select Void once more. **Voids can ONLY be completed the SAME day of the transaction**

  • How do I view settlement batches?

    Once logged in to your processing gateway, click reports, use the top search box Transaction Snapshot. Apply any filters from the dropdown selection. Click Submit.
