10/5/2022 Delayed Funding Issue Identified and Resolved

UPDATE ~ 10/5/2022 at 9:54 a.m. EDT  All customers who had delayed funding, from processing batched and settled on 10/1 and 10/2, should receive those deposits today.

UPDATE ~ 10/4/2022 at 3:09 p.m. EDT  The files affected have now been processed successfully. As mentioned previously, these delayed funds for all affected merchants should arrive tomorrow in merchants’ bank accounts.

UPDATE ~ 10/4/2022 at 12:49 p.m. EDT  A system issue has been identified which prevented the weekend funding/bank transfer file from being processed for some customers. Our acquirers (backend processors) are currently working on getting this file reprocessed today. Some merchants will experience a delay receiving deposits initiated over the weekend. Delayed funds should arrive Wednesday, 10/5/2022,  in your bank account.
We apologize for this delay.
