Today’s Processing Platform Traffic Report – No Current Incidents to Report

5/1/2025 ~
The processing platform experienced errors between 11:22 pm EDT and 11:39 pm EDT, last night
Engineers report that this only affected 12% of the total transactions received during that time frame.
IF you have a transaction that received a HTTP 500 response, during that time frame, it was NOT processed and will need to be resubmitted.
Continued monitoring, after identifying the incident, concludes that the incident is fully resolved.
