On May 11, 2018 the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCen) enacted the Customer Due Diligence rule. You'll also need to send a photo of a voided check, your valid driver's license, and EIN verification letter to underwriting@softerware.com or fax to 1-800-220-3510.
